I cannot figure out why dropping in this map after last patch, my fps goes from 35 to 15......
In any other maps I have around 60-70.
Any suggestions?

Its the water. Some vid cards have issues with the water in Crimson, River and Forest.

Sometimes the patches switch your settings to DX11. Which sometimes lowers frame rate... especially around water.
Also delete shader cache.

check whether patch reset you to DX 9
