Add House/Clan Decals to the faction reward system.

That would make more sense than a Cup of Pop or waving kitty from the Archon as a reward for reaching that next rank.

Im actually a firm believer that they shouldn't, definitely not faction insignias anyway. Maybe some random stuff, maybe.

They are pure cosmetics, and should be an income stream to keep the lights on and the servers running.

They could give specific faction rank decals as tiered faction rewards and keep the actual 'faction' decals as open.

it would, but cups of pop are things people won't spend money on
