I'm sure there are far better images out there map designers might look towards for inspiration.

Apricot valley could make for an interesting map design as the ground is so contoured and uneven.

Any1 have images of terrain they wouldn't mind seeing made into a map?

Third one is basically Forest Colony. I want a Tropical Beach map so I can reenact Eaton beach fight.

Also want a map where local minerals act as radar jammer (ECM effect), forcing people to rely on their Mark 0 Model 1.

A battlefield on the inside of a centrifugal station, where if you look up, you'll see more of the battlefield directly above you.

as cool as that would be, the coriolis effects would make aiming projectile weapons damn near impossible.

Which would require skill when aiming above you... I'm okay with this. :)

aiming directly up you would still have to lead your targets in the direction of rotation. im thinking more cross range aiming though you will see all kinds of weird curveball shots. it would be interesting but very weird.

The real weird part is when some light fires off all his jumpjets and escapes into the "core" of the station, where there's low-to-zero gees.

I like this and want what would be essentially the opposite (I mention this every time this topic comes up): battle on the surface of a jump ship. Main cylinder is battlefield, with lots of gun turrets, radar dish, antenna arrays, protruding drop ships, etc as terrain features and cover. Giant solar sail in one direction, a huge sun to one side dominates "top" with massive star field on the bottom. If PGI could manage it have top side be extreme hot condition, and bottom cold.

i want a terra therma - river city mixed map

some city that sinks into the lava with lots of buildings for brawling and some lava

PGI said no gravity weirdness. Screws up hit detection too much.

Rolling Prairie and farm land with a river system running and cutting through it.

A river delta area

Black Forrest like map

Temperate snow map (nothing arctic or space frozen)

An urban map set up to be realistic, meaning abilities to flank every where.

I'd love to see a Castle Brian like described in The Price of Glory, or a palace map like the last mission in MW4: Vengeance.
