could be good for others to use other types of vehicles, and we could have combined and or Separate PvP Grounds, as well as these being options for PvE ect...

Of course it would be good, but at start we'll have mechs only.
Devs has stated this. Only later there may be something else.

I posted something like this a a week ago. I would like to be able to exit the mech before the battle starts. Why? because the crytech engine is pretty damn good looking and it would be nice to view it without a window in front of your face. Also I think it would be kinda cool to check out your mech from ground level. It's really not that hard to do and you could have it as part of a game mode. A lance makes a dash for the mechs and off you go to war. Just my 1 cent worth.

A vehicle or something vastly inferior to a Battlemech would be nice as classic "MMO pet" you can give it basic orders and thats it, no driver by yourself...

As lots of said, its not their focus at least for now.
That said, I'd love if they launched a sequel down the track aerotech style fighting, even if it was a standalone element in the game (no AT vs BT). You could have it for clearing the way to the planet in the canon battles they set up beforehand, with the success affecting the difficulty of the ground battles, or just be generic combat for the majority of battles. Whether in space, or bombing runs etc.

I like the ideas, but, it would be interesting. I understand the mech only type mentality, and I agree with you somewhat on that.
Careful my friend, the anti-necro gang is onto us. I approve of this necro for *censored* reasons *censored* *censored*

I really hope so, its inferior in the field, and anyone roaming in it seriously has balls of steel. Not to say it has lots of room for salvaged parts in the back.
