The event has some issue, scouted twice, got a convincing win 12 intel points for team and escaped, then got wiped but did some damage.

Guess which game got a score of over 50.
Mech-------MScore--Damage----C-Bills------XP-------Intel
HBK-IICO----69---------136--------62427-----121--------0
HBK-IICO----27-----------11------137241----1504--------4

Seems scoring is a little off here.

Also did they mess up on the scouting match victories? 20 vs 15 for the played, especially when you look at the numbers for invasion.

Scoring in scouting has always favoured damage in PGIs prior events, not winning by objectives, hasn't changed this time either.

If you want to have fun in an event like this, and you are Ghost Bear, simply come to the Ghost Bear TS to find players to drop with. Better chances of success than with Skittles and more fun. Plus we're attacking planets these days.

All GB are welcome on our TS3 server: ghostbearhub.net (no password required)

...Wolf pushed to Terra, twice I believe? Okay then...

MS reached Terra, twice.

Wolf has the worst loyality units by a wide margin and the pugs are beyond terrible. I played all factions during mechbay tour, and playing with wolf pugs and units was literally the most miserable experience i ever had in MWO.

This event brings out the idiots and noobs in full force. You TELL them, "don't capture any more, don't get more than ten intel when defending. It will make it MUCH harder to win."

What do they do? Of course.....

While in last cw event they were pug fodder, to the point where i had 5 win streak against 3 different units...

It was only reason i actually completed event before pre extension deadline.

Mehh , this is why i moved to Elite Dangerous , MWO CW is just a very small universe with very big unit alliances that drop on the same factions over and over to squeeze out every posible win streak against pug drops making the game ******* boring.

This is just the perfect example of how a game comunity can f@ck their own game in the name of "competition" and the best part is that this are the same people that end up blaming the developers every time a topic about the development of the game comes out.
I still remember the last patchs new minimap.....people went crazy nearly crying .....i didn't.....i had the longest kill and victory streaks in years i've played this game because at that moment information warfare WAS A THING !!!! and team coordination a must leaving skill or mech builds in second / third place. People was actually helping eachother to fill the information gap that the new minimap brought and the only ones losing where those who thought at that moment that skil>Coodination.
Saddly like allways , tears weight more that reason or simple adaptability and the comunity just got what they wanted back....information served in a silver plate.

It was a lot of [-MS-].

As for Clan Wolf being a noob magnet, SWOL was the largest unit in MWO and they would take pretty much anyone that logged on somewhat consistently, but I don't think that is a bad thing necessarily.

Being in a several hundred person unit gives a smaller (compared to the entire playerbase) pool of people to frequently play with, and it also gets a lot of new players through the door with CW and group play in general. There is a lot of disparity among player skill in a unit that large. It might not be the most efficient way to cultivate a super l33t reputation, but the atmosphere was very welcoming and healthy which I find is ultimately more effective in making the game enjoyable for more people. If nothing else, a game ought to be enjoyable.

MS, CWI, CWG, and I believe GK were all main contributors in the original push. I wasn't on a lot for the second one.

Kcom has been CJF for most of the time that CW has been out, with only a few brief tours to IS and other clans. We don't move based on what anyone else is doing (although it's tempting to go IS right now because so many flocked to CJF). Currently MS is CJF and 228 is FRR which are 2 of the big units you are probably referring to. So evidence is suggesting that you saw those 2 teams or maybe some others in the same faction at some point and are assuming that it's always that way. It simply isn't true.

You know... i don't know what is up with clan jade falcon. Since the beginning of CW the following has been the norm: Jade falcon: Highly skilled mechwarriors and high number of DBags. Players in this faction are highly under the influence of an old battletech cartoon series. Wolf and Ghost bears: Scrubs usually choose these two factions... no idea why?... less toxic players maybe? Smoke Jaguar: Highly skilled players... not as many DBags as CJF. Davion: Scrub magnet Liao: Where the cool guys are. Marik: Forgotten part of the Innersphere Kurita: Good concentration of skill plus a little bit of DBags Steiner: Good players, less toxic behavior than kurita FRR: Highly skilled players. Faction of choice for jade falcons when they want to play IS. Edit: Dafuq!... I'm jade falcon!

Quite accurate sir. Well said ^^
On the reason why scrubs tend to aim for CW, CGB and Davion,... They're kinda the good guys,...

Well that is more due to the way the event is written. If peeps need 50 intel points and know they won't get the wins in, they'll just farm the points,...
