How do you create a mercenary company?

I know this has probably been asked at least a hundred times, but I cannot for the life of me find an answer.

How do you do it?

At this time there is no difinitive answer for how the merc companies will be formed within MWO. Many are forming groups outside of the game in hopes that they will be able to transfer there entire host across to what ever format the devs have come with. So either join up with a group that looks appealing or start one of your own. Good luck.
