Na. We had a "no LRM in general" thread. While one can argue LRM have a place in quickplay, in scout mode it's virtually confirmed a match will turn into a brawl, and there are too few mechs to establish an impenetrable front line. That means LRMs are basically one gigantic liability in scouting.

Edit: For that matter, I've seen a lot of Enforcers with twin standard PPC in 4v4. Every time I see those, I salivate, charge them, stand under 90 meters, then savagely rip their PPC arm off as they try to damage me ineffectually. If my Nova could actually use its hand actuator, I'd probably pick up their severed arm and beat them with it, on principle alone.

Nah we had a scouting one.

It's just disbelief that you'd bring LRMs. Seriously ridiculous

Oops. My mistake. I thought I clicked on GENERAL forum, not the CW one. XD But... yeah. I've seen LRM Arctic Cheetahs, for Kerensky's sake! I mean, they make a good distraction? But that's about it....

Not even a distraction lol. You just keep playing. Ain't much chance it'll kill more than one mech?

Not much chance it will kill any. Worked as a good enough distraction for me, though!

Spoiler

Aside: Hehe. Look at that worthless Cheetah run! Good boy, Cheetah! Good boy! (But bad... BAD loadout....)

Enforcers or Vindicators? If it's the latter, then they're trial 'mechs... which are terrible, but the alternative is a LRM Trebbie... and you'll certainly see a lot of both during events.

Ya know what? It could be the Vindicator. I see so few of either outside of Scouting I get them mixed up. It being a trial makes more sense, but dear god who thought it was a good idea to give people that loadout as a trial mech? Does it not have a ballistic option variant they could have used?
