Improvement To Cw/scouting

Because lets face it, the Long Tom breaks it, and the scouting is really a brawl.

So a Long Tom in CW does:
10x the damage of the table top version
covering 25x the area
Almost everyone hates it, it's an "AUTO-WIN MECHANIC" when you get it.


How about we change it to more closely resemble that table top version
10x 30point explosions "somewhere" within that 300m radius
Each one doing 6x5 damage to a random location - including head

Oh wait, doubled armour, I forgot about that.

60 points per round, 10 points per hit.


Remove the warning smoke. Add in an audio cue at 2-5 seconds?
Maybe even change the area to a rectangle that can be rotated?
And subject to COUNTER BATTERY FIRE (I saw where you shot from and now I'm going to try to blow you up)

MAKE SCOUTING BETTER.

1. Match score and Faction Point rewards for Gather should include getting data caps
2. Toss the "if you have X# you can do Y" mechanic for Invasion. Instead, make them consumables.
3. Make a variant victory condition - hey, we could do this for ALMOST all the modes - where you don't necessarily "win", but escape off a map edge with your data points

For 10 points, get 1 "combat ID sweep"
For 20 points, get 1 satellite sweep
For 20 ponts, get 1 COUNTER BATTERY attempt
For 100 points, get 1 Long Tom battery, or for 40 points get 1 Long Tom salvo
Buy extra consumables like artillery or air strikes that the company commander can use

COUNTER BATTERY:
A counter battery attempt triggers if the Long Tom is used
It has say a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 chance of disabling the Long Tom
