2 LRM 5s and 1 MedLas? On a light, really? Thanks for the ton of ammo.
Even if you outfit it with SRMs... it still has wet paper towels for armor and spitballs for armament.
By far worst mech loadout ever.

The lolcaust is not for everyone, its takes a kind of pilot to make her sing.

But a stock mech is not what you should be taking, even if its a 100 tonner.

How about leaving it out of the game and use all the other ones that are clearly superior. Locust has 8 variants In MWO, Why add this in the game? Let people waist there time on it I guess. Lore or not, its a bad choice for Locus pilots

We got over 200 mech variants now. So what if just one or two is a "hell mode" variant? It is there to scratch the itch of challenge seeking players.

Oh and by the way, what did you smoke to think that anyone is forcing you or Locust pilots to buy it, or any other mech in the game for that matter?

Of course not. But if you ever played any trading card games. Why would you put that Locus in Your deck? It's here only to make the other cards (or mechs) look better. If Info Wars was a thing in MWO, then it would have some value I think.

I'll say it since no one will say it, but the urbie is the worst mech ever. Its small engine size is a death sentence.

However, its a meme mech, so playing it is hard mode, and playing it stock is nightmare mode. Its good for the challenge and nothing else.

Again did not say anyone was forcing anyone else to buy this. But if it doesn't have any use or value in the game why release it as an option. If you don't get what I'm saying, also being tongue and cheek about the FORD reference then you just don't get it. That in my opinion, Every mech should have a roll, and this one is to handicap you team if you use it.

I have a lot of fun in mine. When they were released I put together a lance of them, and had great fun harassing the crap out of everyone. We put up a nice kill streak.

No. Worst mech ever was a 7 flamer Nova Cat in MW4 with NHUA on, because you couldn't even kill yourself.

The Locust1-M is a solid mech in my opinion. Maybe if you played or owned all the lights you would better appreciate that variant.
