I don't play much scouting (because it's bloody awful as IS pug), so i can't really argue.

You guys are upsetting my Gargoyle and Ice Ferret by calling them names. Both of those are actually some of my best performers and are far from useless. I would even say that they're not ugly.

It's amazing how many mechs he was responsible for.... when you stop and look at how many mechs, tanks, VTOLs and warships he had a hand in designing... no surprise that Stefan Amari was able to pull off what he did, right under Kerensky's nose....

The head-on shot is hardly the most flattering for most bird beaks. Biggest thing I've noticed is it looks like a Nova with Stormcrow arms. Which isn't a downside since I love the Nova.

I quite like it. I can't wait to do something dumb with that lovely high ballistic hardpoint (gauss viper Posted Image )

Except for the Catapult. The Catapult was an ugly round design lol. It looked like a walking door knob with launchers :/

that was probably the first mech they tried, and then realised, "sh1t we are too dump to make round things, lets make all others boxy"

Hey now, I'm paying for the Viper because I think it looks cool. I like the timberwolf, not because of popularity, but because when I was 12 the timberwolf looked like a mech and not a frakin gundam. The Viper does the same thing for me. I love the cheetah but I can't stand its humanoid design. The Viper, to me, is my tankier cheetah that looks cool. Don't get me wrong, Gundam Wing was my introduction into anything mecha, but I see a big difference between a highly mobile gundam, or armored core even, and a mech. The Viper fits what I'd consider a mech. Making a whole topic to talk about its aesthetics seems a bit self serving.

the only thing I dislike is that they haven't put the same hands the nova has on the viper, instead some weird 4 finger claw thing :/

I can already hear the ingame variant scream:
"What have you done to me, I had hands, wonderful hands, now you made me an abomination, pls kill me!"

The new Viper is DEFINITELY an improvement over the original artwork! Still, despite looking much better, it will take time to grow on me I think.

Regardless, good job to all involved on it.
