I never liked Dark Age/AoD... feels like Wizkids pimped mechs and weapons to appeal to a younger audience.

Yeah I'll never consider anything after the novel Endgame to be canon. It's just absolutely terrible after that.

Ah yeah... was excited back when that video came out. Bit... well, the acting is sub par in places XD
Also, Atlas holding that flag at the end... attempt at humor? Maybe? reference to MW4 capture the flag mode? Never was ever established why and seems one of the more forced and random aspects of the whole thing.

I was looking into this a while back, it appears that Electric Entertainment holds the movie rights for Battletech.
