We have the urban mech in the game now we need the Charger...

There is nothing more intimidating than an 80 ton mech with 5 small lasers
One of the more useless mechs from the inner sphere....

If this actually helps us to get the Hatamoto-Chi and its variants, then I am all for it. After all the Hatamoto chi was derived from the Charger and Thug. Personally I would rather see the Hatamoto instead of a Thug anyway because House Kurita deserves to have another iconic staple mech (besides the Panter, Jenner, and Dragon). After all the other House Factions have their iconic mechs, so I don't see why the Dracs shouldn't.

Considering we can change it's engine, components & weapons as we please, it'd probably be a pretty good mech.
It'd get some decent inflation as well so in MWO it'd be fairly strong.

This Mech is awful. I wonder if you can pay to prevent certain Mechs being part of this game!

On one hand yes, because it was in lore. On the other, trying not to laugh as such an awful Mech.

If they do make a mechpack of this then they freaking better have the patch its injected with include a reworked collision/knockdown system so that mechs finally have a greater risk of being ramkilled by the enemy then they do having their legs snapped off by inattentive teammates.

Would be neat, but I'd like to see it have a weight class and speed-aware system to it. So you have better luck knocking mechs over if they're smaller, so you can knock over that urban mech or locust that's door stopping you from behind or whatever, but locusts ramming into a dire whale can't really budge it, and there's a large speed element, so if you masc spirit bear charge into a locust you might punt a field goal.
Also maybe some weapon aware aspects to it. Unloading two LBX20 into a medium or light at close range in MW4 mercs had a good chance to knock the mech over and send it flying; why not MWO?
Proof: Here's the result of finding a warhawk (masakari) in the MW4 arena and singing it the song of my people. (it was almost hugging my cockpit when ALPHA strike happened.)
