Have 3 Mechs Learnt Their Basic Skills, One Of Them Cant Learnt The Elite Skills

If I have enough EXP, I should be able to learn those skill regardless.
Why must i have to own it?

That is no tutorial on how this system works, no messages.

Seems like a bug to me. Write ticket to support

PS: Did you sell it? 'Cause if you did you can't learn skills on that mech, you can learn mech skills on owned mechs only. Logic behind that is simple: if you don't own mech - you don't play it, so you don't need to learn skills/spend XP on it.

This seems nonsense to me though, it only make things more complicated and make us inconvenient
