If you remember the player's name and the details about when it happened and which map, I'd send a report ticket just so that it's noted on PGI's end.

Firing on friendly players intentionally is a bannable offense.

Again, I can't stress this enough, if something like this happens, use the in-game reporting method. PGI might take a while to get players banned, but they do it eventually once they build a case against the player.

In my experience friendliness is the norm in this game. Both in quickplay and faction play. Even when you play bad, at best other team members might just ridicule you in friendly manner.

I would think people who want to play FP as competive, know to do it in a large unit or two. There's lots of us PUG noobs in FP as well, we come alone and form our own team, often going againts a team who's made mainly from 2-3 units. If someone expect any better players while joining a FP game alone, not part of a larger group, I think he will dissapoint nearly every time.

This. Do not let them get away with that. Griefing is taken seriously by PGI.

Go to the screen where it shows everyone's alias...right click on their name and select the appropriate offense. I rarely report people for anything, but I will report this if I see it.

The problem isthat I said I am newbie during deployment. The moment I hitted the ground, a mate destroyed my gauss rifle and laughed at me. And, the same mate, joked me again at endgame when he destroyed all my weapons while I was destroying enemy's Omega.
However is a single situation and I hope that will never happens again ^^

Due to the nature of the game, people cannot really spam accounts. They have to invest some time into them. So reporting griefers can get real results. Either the person will change his behavior, or his account will be locked. Either way the problem get
