Git gud nub.
Even if every single top player from each of the top units were in your team, you'd still die like a scrub, because that's what you are.

I'm sick of all these people complaining, and when you go check the leaderboards, they're worse than the median.

Even if you were the #1 player on the leaderboard (600+ matchscore 24KDR 10WLR), the only constant is yourself.

Your team mates are not idiots for refusing to follow your ill thought out plans. You are the one bringing down your team by running off with your stupid idea.

Don't ask for more elitism in the tiers, when you yourself are crap. You think you'll be tier 1 after the tier balance pass, but looking at leaderboards, chances are, you will be tier 5.

It already takes more than 3 minutes to search for a match. We barely have enough players to make a game, and this will fall further with longer waits, so get used to your "bad team mates"

Everyone really knows deep down, that playing in non-unit PUG, that the main skill is to work as well as you can with total strangers. The team that is more co-operative will win. There is a certain behaviour pattern - hiding, bunching up, being reluctant to push, going for kills, rather than damage, etc. No one is going to push in, core everyone and die gloriously, while you triumphantly walk in and kill them off.

I can see the hypocrisy in ranting about people who rant, but this needs to be said.

PUG Life.

Some people don't know they're being carried, but also some people don't know what "being carried" means.

Before casting blame look to oneself first for oftentimes the blame resides within.

If you're as useful in the game as you are with this topic, maybe you should start by following your own advice.

Bad MM will alienate players. Sooner or later, PGI will have to take a look at the PSR system and tweak it.

I should hate pugs for not setting me up for greatness!

No, not really. You don't even need to rally the whole team to win. I dropped with a Kodiak when I was in my D-DC and I told him I have ECM and AMS and I'd tank for him. I charged in first and he did his thing, we both ended up with 700 damage and a decimated enemy team. i think I stole his kills tho. I had 4 and he only had 1, but he had a bunch of assists.:3

Also I know I'm being tossed between T5/T1 groups right now (@Tier 3). If you're not familiar with names it can really throw you off on how vastly different people will react in games. Let's just say being Tier 3 in my support Kitfox when I get dropped in a Tie 5 game is not the best thing ever. :(

Hard to do given the small / shrinking player base.

Well I have about 120 matches recorded and sit pretty much average.

But since I was grinding Archers,Butterbee and Commandos with no modules from zero XP to mastery I'm actually probably not terrible at this game when piloting a familular and mastered chassis loaded with modules I will more than likely be sitting above the average.

Nothing to do with the size of the playerbase. Just have to even out chances of gaining/losing PSR.

It's a team game, you're always carried. Sometime toward the top, sometime toward the bottom.

I witnessed some clown yell out in a PUG last night that if you don't have tags on, you shouldn't be calling drops.

Yeah.

Checked his stats later and found out he barely broke 1:1.

What to do when this happens? Laugh about it and move on with life. And if needed, go find something else to do because there's nothing you can say or do to make them any better.

Care to analyze that and plop the results into my other thread? I'm curious to see how that shook down.

Even the safest cars on the planet get into accidents, and all of those cars have the constant of mounted tires.

Based on your logic, tires are partially to blame for ALL accidents those cars are involved in.

Sounds pretty moronic huh?
