Having spent some time watching a stream of yours... You remind me of a group I used to play with in Planetside 2, those were good times, but we fell apart when the game slowly died :/

You guys take people with only a few mechs? That creamy Celtic voice... and what is it with legs?

I'd love to meet just you lot even if I'm too much of a tank driver for your refined tastes!

Pug I've sent you a friend thing, not sure how it works really so thought it was worth posting as well!

Eggcelent, I may not be around much until Sunday night but I'll try and catch some drops with you. I like to think we are casually competitive about having fun, everyone likes to win and we can turn on the skill but TBH it's more enjoyable to have a lark most of the time....

... unless someone calls Devlin's PHX a Vindie, then he goes all Postal and things get a little.... awk-ward. (Or we all just laugh and sing the Archers theme tune :D )

Something to mention about our little group is that we are mostly parents and totally understand this concept of "parental duties" that interrupts games and such...

And while you step away to tuck in the little ones, we'll be happy to liberate your mech of a ton or 2 of leg armor.

Oh, and fathers of twins are apparently fast tracked into leadership in this unit... fair warning...

Yeah, there's more "mature" gamers in IDI than young, whiper snappers but you realise you just opened the door for Mr. TacRodWarrior getting a promotion?

It is in no way a challenge to the "heid honcho" as pug would say...

A few things to consider when signing for IDI.

1. We are a group of friends who shoot Mechs regularly (occasionally enemy ones), if you wish to join us then jump into our TeamSpeak, say hi and join in the shenanigans. Win or lose we have fun, so if winning is the be all and end all, we're not the unit for you.

2. Expect to lose your leg armour, and rear armour is a challenge to your team mates. Friendly fire is a learning tool, if you don't like getting shot by friendlies, see 1.

3. If you are in a game with us and feel an overwhelming sense of disappointment, don't worry, that's just Taco. He is our Taco and as much a part of IDI as the friendly fire.

4. The Phoenix Hawk is the epitomy of Mech design and all things glorious. Yes she minces, and the prancing is a bit embarrassing, but worship the Phoenix and she will set you free.

5. xX Pug Xx may suffer from the disability of being Scottish, but humour him, we'll translate.

6. We play as a team, we win as a team, we lose as a team. You score 3k on a regular basis but the team lose? You lost. Don't break 1000 but we won, you win. If you blame everyone but you for a bad game, see 1.

New recruits please report to our Commissar Nagdamnit, our Officer of Correctional Behaviour and All Things Shiny. You don't have to do anything, but it'll annoy him.
