They should remove all quirks except structure and mobility quirks for IS mechs

Anything good about this patch is so minor compared to the stupid it brings to the game its not worth talking about.

UAVs, hell, the whole game in general has hit reg issues. Its happened numerous times where I'm 500 meters from a UAV, and have to hit it with 4 or 5 erppcs to kill it...
