As a rule I never intentionally make headshots. I see it as damage & heat wasted splashing across the CT when those couple extra points could have been all it took to punch the CT.

The only exception to this is on Escort. I have made a few headshots on it when the OPFOR wasn't guarding him & since he walks in a straight line its easy enough at close range.
