Fix the leaderboard to filter people who don't have at least 25 games for avg match score or give us the option to do so. I am tired of seeing people with one or two games dominate the top spots and you cannot accurately gauge where you stand when a large percentage may be one hit wonders. On a side note it would be nice to have a column for most used mech as well.

Actually, make participation voluntary. Why is displaying tier optional while the leaderboard is 100% publicly visible?

How can one dominate the leaderboards with couple of games played anymore? Have you checked how the leaderboards look at the moment? :) Total wins seems to be the ranking factor.

I would be interested in seeing kill most damage dealts per match and average damage per match. Average damage per match could be the value for deciding ranking, though this would not be a perfect solution either. Ranking according to player activity / wins is not really helpful.
