Why we (from europe) always play FP on american servers?
Even if there are 22 ppl from europe (it is seen by ping).

There is only one FP server because they dont habe enough people to populate the one let alone regional ones. The broken and terrible state of FP ensures that anyone that sticks around will likely stay in the QP area. Long wait times, terrible maps, lack of objectives and meeting a mech line up are all limitations. Chokepoint warrior online is not immersive fun.
