On Winning Team But No Supply Cache Given Out?

So usually if youre on the winning team you get the name of the Supply cache winner posted up.

Just played a game where we won and this pop up did not occur at all.

Is it possible that the pop up didn't occur or the cache wasn't given out ?

Anyone else had the same thing happen ?

Was there someone on your/winning team that was discoed?

I believe someone did disco who died? Not sure how that affects things.

I'm just looking for possible reasons (that PGI doesn't test) that would cause that to happen.
