No, you don't have to.
Those caches are allocated randomly (regardless your score), you just have to be on the winning team (even dead, it doesn't matter).

that's kinda ridiculous though, why wouldn't they give it for everyone, do they not want people to spend MC on keys or something, heh marketing genius from pgi strikes again
