Speaking of the user agreement, I read that shutting down mechs is against user agreement. Which i mostly agree with, but in a situation where you have no weapons and you and the enemy are the only one's left, isn't it strategy to just run and hide somewhere in order to get run the clock for the tie?

I feel bad if it is against user agreement cause I got my ace of spades badge by killing 8 and than hiding by shutting down...

I don't think ti generally is against ToS it is only against TOS if you cannot positively alter the games outcome anymore. If you can get a tie over a loss it is allowed. Unless the new CoC totally changed that.

So...what, in the new ToS, was offensive to you?

S'far as I know, the only changes they made to the ToS were "If you use our new deckle system to put highly inappropriate/offensive images on your 'Mech, we're gonna spank you". Which is pretty much Galactic Standard Rules in any game with any sort of visual customization - put d*cks on your 'Mechs and someone will be along to take them off.

Also: did you expect them to let you play the game if you didn't agree to the ToS? That's...not how it works, man. ToS stands for "Terms of Service" and they are the Terms under which Piranha provides you access to the Service. You accepted the ToS, they provided you access to the game. You paid for stuff, they gave it to you. Not accepting the ToS anymore means they're no longer obligated to give you access to the Service - in fact they're actually obligated to do exactly the opposite.

I don't see where the basis for even mentioning a class-action comes in.

No, the tie benefits no one. Man up and face him down. The only time you should be powering down in a match is to break lock for lurms or heat shut down. What you suggest is cowards play and wasting time.

Just remove you consent and uninstall. You can't get back what you have spent only pre-orders you haven't received. Thats in the TOS you did electronically sign.

Really enough of an exodus now to get their attention and these tactics being employed only are going to make things worse.

But dude. It's a game and even though it seems the whole world wants to draw of and fight right now I think you could find a more noble cause to fly your flag.

If he killed 8 mechs in a match and cannot kill the last he has still played a great game. He has not earned the right to run and hide cause he cant kill the last one while he is weaponless. His KDR is not going to suffer after killing 8 mechs.

The leaderboards is whats causing stoopid play like peeps hiding behind hills and cycling targets till they can find someone wounded enough to kill and not helping the team. Its douche play, nothing else.
