April the 1st?

They gave the UAC10 a modifier of 15? And now Ghost Heat is charging as soon as you double tap to fast?
Not that is something new - everybody playing this game knows about Ghost Heat effects when using Ultra Autocannons.
UAC 20 and UAC 5 - but in one case the burst was to long so that the time window for second burst was tiny, and the 0.8 modifier for the UAC5 doesn't matter.

Now you have a gun with short burst and some base heat that is not 1 - and heat went of the chart.

This is a known issue. Paul even posted about it in another thread below. It will be fixed.

A known issue? It should be 2 years a known issue - but well now they need a bandaid for a bandaid... .better hope for Heat Scale 2 - as terrible it would be

Yes.. as per the patch notes.. the HS multiplier went from 1.0 to 15.0 (which falls directly between the Clan UAC5 and UAC20). It was the KDK that brought this issue to light and now this higher value is bringing the double tap issue to the surface. We have repro'd it and is now on a bug list. I cannot tell you WHEN it's going to get patched into the game quite yet. Engineering needs more time to look into it. [/color]
