Well, we know the specs of Nicki Kerensky's Atlas II, which pretty much is an Atlas IIC. Indeed I find it likely that similar upgrades were made to other surviving Atlas IIs. And I find it highly unlikely that the CJF Atlas II on Tukayyid had its stock configuration (though it is not impossible - we are talking about the Falcons after all).
