Ok it has been a long while since I played MWO and decided to jump back in with a Viper Pack. However it has been a good 30 minutes since my purchase went though and no Viper's have shown up in my stable.
How long does it usually take for them to show up in game?

Have you ever sold mechs? If so I suggest you go look at the names of all your medium mechs as the pictures may be still showing one of your older mechs.
also try relogging, sometimes that helps.
