Because we can't import our own images, I've taken to creating emblems with the shapes we have available. I settled on this:



I plan to glue it onto all of my mechs because reasons. I dedicate three decal slots to that, and then the other three are faction decals. I don't really bother with other decals since they seem a little silly to me. Finding decent flat areas on mechs is a challenge unto itself.

Has anyone else experimented with creating insignia like this?

the thing i am pasting in all my mechs is the diamond star, but i rotate it sideways so it looks like an eclipse.
i decided that's my thing now.


it's the only decal i bought and i am getting pretty good mileage out of it i am happy with my MC purchase.
i have used it as a little sticker to put everywhere but also i have had good results layering it and experimenting with the dreaded facepaint..

nothing fancy or in depth. But the Blue North Star on the Divided Field (party per pale) found on the left knee, was my Coat of Arms in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronisms) as Sir Tristan Kell. So figured I'd use it similarly here.

I've actually started hosting my own personal real-life emblem on my mechs..

Its a Triquedra.. I use a yellow Triquedra in a red circle.. Will post when I find the time..

I use the one in my sig. I wish I could do something more elaborate, but we only get 6 decals per mech, which isn't very much if you also want to display a Clan Wolf badge and a Clan dagger star.
