Questions About The Leaderboard Changes

I would like to start that I am happy that my stats will reset per season basis, as I am still recovering from the crummy rating from when I played last year. Me now is more skilled and effective than me then. >.>

Questions though...

It is only stats achieved in a season that is counted right?

Will this mean our Tier rating be base on the season stats, or lifetime stats?

Lifetime. Resetting tiers every season would be a nightmare for everyone.

Soft reset would be nice. I'd love to re-experience the T1 challenge back then.

At least reset it to when they first applied the Tier system. Old scores base on old system still being applicable is silly.

Reset Tiers or statistics? Seasonal leader boards pretty much require the latter. As much as I think it would be fun to be back in tier 4, resetting tiers is still a bad idea in my opinion.

Leaderboard started tracking your progress about a month ago, so I'm not quite sure what you are talking about. Tiers also have nothing to do with leaderboard.
