How Does Cease Fire Work?

It's been a while since I've played much CW but I think I saw they changed Ceasefire. How does it work now or is it unchanged?

5 minute ceasefire now. Any matches occurring during ceasefire dont count towards planet cap but fo count for money, lp, etc. Otherwise, same as before.
