Hi.

I just bought myself the Jenner IIC pack from the Origins IIC bundles and was never given an option to pick from the Ghost Bear/Jade Falcon/Jaguar/etc faction packs during payment nor receiving the items ingame.

Is there something I'm glossing over? I looked at my email to see if there were redemption codes i could pick from, but no there wasn't. Couldn't pick it on the Origins IIC page either. Nothing in my redeem section of my profile, nothing when I got the items in my account ingame either. I'm genuinely confused, because I really wanted the Ghost Bear colours but now I can't find anywhere to redeem them.
