I have already mastered this series but want this mech back. Is this build any good?

Very low arms for a long range weapon is not a good combination.

Only thing I can say is move the ammo from the side torsos to the arms, otherwise that XL might spell your premature doom. Otherwise, it's actually not a bad build provided you commit a bit of blasphemy and use the AC2s at mid/close range. The -4X is quite tanky and with the cooldown quirks, those guns will provide consistent screen shake and a surprising amount of damage output. Only problem is having to really stare your targets in the eyes but if you've placed yourself there at the right time you should survive. Just stay out of sight until you're ready to roll in, at the very most maybe side-poke from a distance.

A singe SRM of any class is useless. Drop it and run 2x AC-2 + 2x AC-5. Truth be told, the CTF-4 is too slow for today's battlefield. You need not purchase it at all. There are better Cataphracts and better options at seventy tons.
