I posted this in the patch notes thread, but I figured this is probably a better place for it.

First, a little bit of background. Previous to today's patch I've always needed to have Invert Throttle enabled in order to go forward when I push my Cyborg V1 stick forward. Otherwise I would go backward when I did that, which is pretty strange.

So anyway, my controller and all its settings and everything was all working fine last night. Today, I get home from work and set my game up to patch while I'm doing **** I need to do. I finally get around to playing some and to my utter shock and annoyance, I suddenly find myself going backward in a match and trying to figure out that the hell is going on. I finally get that sorted out, but now my controls are all herky jerky, like my torso is trying to auto-center itself at the most inopportune times. Nothing has changed but this patch.

What have you done, PGI? This game has become unplayable.

Yeah the throttle flipping isn't a problem. Just disabled the inversion. The jerkiness of my torso auto-centering or whatever is going on is pretty annoying, however. Makes it pretty difficult to steer properly.

So I did some more playing around and I have some more details on what exactly is happening.

I use the pinky button on my V1 stick to center legs to torso. It's how I steer my mech. Point torso in direction to go with mouse then center legs to torso to go in that direction. I find it very effective. Now, when I'm continuing to turn my torso in one direction and press the pinky button, my mech will walk in circles. The legs will follow the torso anywhere I turn it until the torso and legs arrows on the compass match up. Then the legs will continue to walk in that direction, having caught up with the torso. This all used to work perfectly fine until the patch on the 19th. Now, when I move the mouse back in the direction to slowly straighten the bend my mech is walking, the torso will sometimes bounce back to where I had it previously pointed several times before going where I'm telling it to go, as if the torso is trying to auto-center back to where the legs were originally headed before I reduced the angle of the turn of the torso.

Does any of that make sense to anyone?

Yeah...

I do not use Autocenter Torso/Legs in any combination and have no trouble so far with that...

Some problem here. Iam also playing with mouse and keyboard and iam using "Center Legs To Torso"

Sometimes it feels like my torso is overwinding, sometimes it feels like my legs are turning async.
I tryied to describe it here http://mwomercs.com/...ously-gfx-lags/

Perhaps it was just a lag problem of some sort after all. Seems to be mostly fine lately.
