I should really dust mine off. I bought it on sale just because, but was never happy with it, it wasn't survivable. Time to see how much better off it is with the rescale.

I could never get a build I was happy with as it did not survive well. Rescale seems to have helped that a lot, at least for solo pugs. Just had a 2 kill, 6 assist, 470 dmg game. Does get hot quickly if you use the large lasers a lot so be prepared to chainfire thr medium pulses.

There's some serious firepower out and about nowadays. Props for sticking with the small lasers. It's not easy to do.

sml las are the best

the range on the sml puls kills them for me

and my locust runs 6sml las and 6 heatsinks never over heats

I'm going to try this actually (except I'm running a XL335). I was running 2 LPLaser with 4 MLasers, but I kind of miss the range. I'll see if your loadout works better for me.

well 2 lrg and 2 med las are 28dmg

My C1 is doing fine. It's just your standard dual-LRM15 with 3 ML + 1 Tag build, but I don't mind engaging an SRM Maddog in a brawl with just my lazors. I think it's pretty tough even with the nerfs. :3

catapult spreads dmg nicely now

so with thos health buffs it was a bit tanky

but it still preforms good

I have had best luck w 3lplas max JJ a 325 and modules.

The fast(ish) burn time plus distance works well in pug matches at both range and at distance. In group play the mplas build is still good enough to be feared especially if the pilot is skilled.

It is the only mech I really play just because it looks cool.

Took it out last night with a 325 XL, 3 LL, 2 ML, and twin AMS. The smaller profile makes a difference in the eh mech handling too, as it feels much more like a small fellow from the POV of targeting and rapid torso movement. It's more useful, time will tell if I really like it.

go practice jumping all over the place with it

and jump in and out of combat and run all over the place in it

just kill some guy then run off laughing

and give the duel AMS the AMS dmg module makes it so much better

you have to learn to jest my dear boy

im shore you will love it

The Jester is my favorite heavy. I use two setups on mine, four medium pulse lasers and two PPCs or two large pulses with four medium pulses.

I am thinking real hard about bringing it back out of the hanger since the rescale and since I have been using my 2 erppc HBK and having decent success with it Makes me want to bring it out all the more.
