OK while I can't get a ring and have hundreds of people throw down in a free for all I figured I would see what your free for all mechs would look like. With the addition of decals and the theme "Mech Mania" what mech would you choose and how would you dress it up for such an event?

Builds if you want as well.

Do you mean if we were to design an event what would it be?

ECM Locust, and I will stay as inconspicuous as possible, while constantly on the move.

A stock Annihilator. You even dare to touch my paint job, and you get quad AC 10's in your face.

Urbanmechs. All 60 rated engines. No armor allowed. Only flamers and machine guns.

Put 22 urbanmechs in a pit with a referee on either team to ensure the free-for-all is played out until only one trash can is left standing.

Doesn't even have to be a permanent feature, could be series of rotating special events every so often or so. This week its Urbie Deathsplosion. Next month it's Atlai Master Race with a dose of target shooting on Polar(or any map) with check points involved, then after that Nova Jumpathon around HPG.
Low population a concern? Afraid this would potentially pull too many players away from the standard game modes? I have a solution :
Make it so it is a ticketed event where each player gets 3 "tickets" and that would also allow for a balanced leader board. Extra tickets could be won during regular play during the event(s). Standard fare as far as prizes are concerned, 1 day prem, X cbills, stupid horn, stupid cockpit item...
If you don't have the mech for the event , no pressure, mech along. But that sure would give players an alternative incentive to buying a ____ ____.
What's the worst that could happen, CW3?
