I actually don't mind the idea of infinite grind. If they won't give us horrific free so conversion, at least getting then the xp made won't be a ******* waste. As it is once you hit mastery it's just useless to keep getting xp. Besides I have my set mechs I really enjoy. Eventually giving them minor bonuses through tons of play and hard work would be nice.

So what you would prefer the system we have where all your hard work goes to waste?
Given the choice of infinite grind and having my MXP go to waste, I would always go with the latter. I did say I would like a free MXP conversion method, but having nothing is better than some absolute trash infinite grind idea. I would also like to point out that it's not exactly "hard work" to grind out tons of MXP, it just takes a lot of time.
Again, Nexon--look into it.

Like I said I would prefer the horrific free xp conversion. Barring that something, anything, I can do with the 100k I already racked up on my EBJ that goes up every week would be better than nothing. Otherwise I wish they just wouldn't give out the ******* xp. I really don't care that my mastered variants get a ton of useless ****, and it irritates me.

I just don't see it the value in experience conversion. I mean I can knock out around 10-12k XP in about 3-4 hours of play if I am using premium so it takes me maybe 2 gaming session for me give or take to master each mech. I am also sitting on 41k of GXP I haven't used so I don't really need any GXP so what else can I use the extra XP on?
That is my issue and why an infinite grind as it is called would be vastly preferable. Also I think that using the word grind is the wrong way to describe what I was suggesting. Grind implies something you have to do and what I am suggesting is something you just do as you play. It is kind of like the tank crews from WoT, they give the tank they are attached to a tiny buff each time you play a match and over time can give some decent bonuses. However, it is just something that happens as you play rather than a grind. I mean a 1% or 2% bonus to mech acceleration isn't even really noticeable so why would you grind for it? On the other hand, a 1% or 2% bonus is still a bonus and better than staring at 10 million useless and worthless XP. Also the fact that you can subtlety alter the characteristics of your mech and customize it individually toward your playstyle adds a ton of value to the game.
So honestly, I think looking at this suggestion as an infinite grind, at least in terms of game that have legitimate grinds in order to get to max level, is the wrong way to look at it.
