There was a time when it was the only properly quick medium and the only real competition it had in that role was the CN9-D and the Dragons. It at least had a role back then. Plus IS streaks were useful then too (broken hit reg on lights). It was still awful of course due to its size but it wasn't the complete death trap it is today.

Hah! Was doing multiple games in a row in my LG the other night...almost have that thing finally mastered.

5J laservomit and the LRM-quirked one are actually very good.
They do OP buffs to random mechs here and there so just wait your turn I guess.

I run 2 Trebs when playing CW.... you have to stay 600+ meters away from your opponent. I`ts not a bad Mech IMO.
