Haven't played in quite a few months, and I'm finding really difficult to find games in the Oceania server during weekdays, i.e. ~5 search minutes, is it the same for other servers?

I believe this is because a lot of people uncheck the oceanic box.
So those who have it checked wait a long time for a match.

The ping for Oceanic is so bad for me, that I can't bring myself to leave it checked. I'm sure many feel the same way.

Yup it's hard. You just have to learn to play at 200+ ping at the NA server. Or time it around Australian prime time, it seems to be a lot easier to get an Oceanic match then.

Just play on NA, way more players and much better competition. My ping there is 280-320 and I'm completely used to it. Coming from the States it was an adjustment, but it's really no big deal with this particular game. What's really crap is that it'll be Oceanic prime time and you'll see an entire NA server full of 300 ping.... Why PGI?

Australian Prime Time would be around their 9pm?

I said from the start it was a waste of money. Should only have 2 servers Europe and NA.

I have oceanic and NA ticked but my wait times are still around 4~5 minutes unless there is a give-away event. There just aren't that many people who play MWO.

2 if placed well probably would have worked. Move the NA server Southwest some, like to Chicago or some where in the middle of the states. And move the Euro server over some too.
