I would like to be able to give keys out as gifts to other players.

Would it be possible to either gift from account to account or simply buy in the gift store?.?.?

I like to run contests with in my Unit and give out prizes to the winners. And Keys would be great prizes and much more affordable than Tourney Packs.

Gifting from account to account will be next to impossible, there is a lot of very expensive international laws and increases the risk of hacking to transfer items. For the gift store, I don't see why MC is not an option to gift, but if you're hoping for 10 cache keys it's unlikely due to high credit card fees on small transactions. 6$ is probably the minimum and IMO its better to gift MC and let the player choose how to spend it.
