so after talking with my fellow mech worriers abut proper positioning for an attack

fast forward 30min

in this mach we decided to try an ambush half way throw and it worked sort of

so what would be considered proper positioning for an attack ?

i would say use of cover and attack form different angles to keep them guessing

We actually did this to win one match. All the mechs were beaten up so bad that anything that sneezed at them would blow them away... except for our Jenner. In our last push, we made the Jenner get the enemy's attention by circlestrafing them non-stop and much to our surprise, it worked. They all kept shooting the Jenner until they were wiped out. :3

In some of my games, I just wipe up the enemy team left over with my Jenner.

I used to love doing this in huginn back before the nerf bat got broken off and permanently lodged in its ********.

Strait over the hill and into the middle dishing srm on tapping jets and causing total chaos, by then your whole team is lined up on top of the hill shooting fish in a barrel. This is when ya bug out n hide behind cover waiting for the moment to dash out n secure a few killing blows lol.

Great entertainment just add beer.

Actually now i think back on it this was how i got philanthropist after failing to snatch a kill ;)

I remember dropping with a 4 man team one time. We had 2 King Crabs, me in an Executioner, and a Jenner.

We were on conquest and saw about 5 or 6 enemies, looked like assault lance with backup so we told out Jenner to go in first and distract them. Our Jenner runs in and smacks right into a wall as soon as he gets there and dies. Guy was just a terrible light pilot but in that 2 second span it took the enemies to turn and shoot, I had rushed in with MASC to start taking out the enemies while the two King Crabs provided heavy covering fire. Enemies turned back towards us to see a berserk Executioner spewing red lasers and waves of lead flying through the air.

We left none standing, the rest of our team took out the main chunk of the rest of the enemies alive while we hunted any stragglers.

Always sacrifice your Jenners, guys.

Sometimes you must sacrifice yourself to the pug gods to win the match.

I was on River City, my team was cowering in fear of the enemy team and being picked to death, we had to do something. I called for a push but no one moved. I charged in with my Executioner at full speed into the enemy ranks damaging any enemy I could reach as much as possible. I died shortly into it, but it spurred the team into action, I spectated from death to see my team charging in right past my smoking wreck and sending the enemy mechs to the bottom of the river.

In another case I was in a Kit Fox on Tourmaline with the team hiding in a similar situation. I was the only one who would attack the enemy and went all out on it. The team could not be shamed in such a way by a lowly Kit Fox and built up the courage to give me a hand.

Good matches are nice to remember.

I think all the organized units have shown that a firing line at the exit to a choke point is most effective. Focus fire for insta-death on the first few mechs through then push and mop up with superior numbers.

In actual fact i believe the thread was working in much the same way as it is now before it was changed.

The change is a obvious reference to the latest strengthening of Facebook policies on content filtering.

Not to mention they locked out and are continuing to lock out millions of accounts daily and requesting digital upload of sensitive personal documents for reactivation as well.

Are we talking about this now ?

If not then the title change isn't working as intended.
