I just had one of those nights when I got placed into a happy team only two or three times out of 30.. So I had some time to think.

What if, at the end of the match, the players would be asked if they wanted to play with the same team again. Couple of those who chooce to leave could be replaced. I think it would improve the solo playing experience as pilots could find and keep their role in the team, even if it were for just a couple of matches.

Or is this something the LFG-function is for?

Oh I didn't see that thread, sorry about that.

Having read that I start to see a little problem as it would make the staying players kind of a team against random solo players. Though it wouldn't really be a proper team, and I'm not suggesting any kind of lobby for this. Just a simple "Stay" button in the end results screen, next to "Exit".
