Will Mwo Support Ansel?

Apparently it is suppose to be pretty easy to implement for the developers too. They said it only took 40 lines of code to implement it in "The Witness" and 150 line in "The Witcher 3"
What I really want is full VR support but in the meantime this sounds like it'd be pretty cool.

Imagine if they didn't have to spend **** tons of time fixing HSR everytime they add something...
Why... if PGI used the new unreal engine with it's built in excellent server authenticated netcode... who knows!
Cryengine OTOH... PITA to work with, awful net code, but cheap.

Long answer: It'll be 60-90 days many times over even if there is a remote chance of this happening.

I do not see that happen it would add nothing to the game itself but cosmetics and is a huge effort because a ful xyz axis rotation will, like i said not work in the mechlab we have atm.

Not sure but if they did go with the better engine (Unreal 4) I think it has ansel built in... I think i know for sure it has netcode and replay built in and both are needed for solaris.
Do you know how much it hurts to see Doom 4 run at 65-90 FPS 4k max settings then come to mwo in 1080p and watch your fps dip dip potato chip... I haven't tested MWO since I got my new titan but I did when I had Sli GTX 980's it was bad.

I honestly don't think they could do it financially.
Check the town halls they were thinking about it but then it went hush hush hinging on one item and it's gone

Who knows... If you haven't played Paragon check it out. It's not the best game in the world but man does it show the power and potential of the Unreal Engine.

You'd have to tell me what that item is, cause I haven't watching the Townhalls in ages. Got to tired of Paul going:
They said they were thinking about doing it and then stopped talking about it so it's one of two things. They aren't capable or they are saving it for Mech Con announcement.
