Hahaha, I knew you would say that. Entitled as always.

You know why the other people didn't get a ticket? Because you were the first one they could catch AND YOU WERE BREAKING THE DAMN LAW. Moral of the story, don't drive with the law breakers, and you won't get in trouble.

If everyone was driving off a cliff would you do that too? I mean honestly it is your own fault.

Good god man. The cop was not crap. That is called DOING HIS JOB. You speed you get a ticket, end of story. I feel sorry for any officer who has to deal with entitled pigs like you.

You wonder why you are moderated? Cause you have an attitude like this.

P.S. Insomnia is a *****.

I am going to say, not siding with anyone here, you are technically safer when driving and sticking at the same relative speed as the rest of the drivers. Driving slower than the rest is just as dangerous as driving faster than them.

P.S. Lyme's disease is a *****.

Well now that the thread has been as derailed as the American railway system to the point we're talking about freeway traffic: people who intentionally go the speed limit in the fast lane just to make a point are as bad as those idiots who recklessly weave in and out of traffic.

Only difference is the law is on their side more often than not (though I have seen the intentionally slow drivers pulled over for causing a potentially hazardous situation).

Yup but he just got to college and is already insulting people and has very little understanding of the world he will for sure get far in life.

For the record I do not know how fast I was going but if he was able to walk in front of me to stop me it must not have been very fast maybe 5 over. Point is i think the cop could have been using his time better than pulling me over for a small infraction of speed to increase the ticket revenue.

He is just here to attack me though that is for sure a fact.

See how he already edited his insults out trying to avoid me reporting him

The even safer method is to just not be in the pack at all and drive at your own pace with no one to be around you. That is what I do. Stay away from the packs of cars and drive on the lone strips in between at my own pace. And I have yet to get a ticket, get pulled over, or be in a car accident (other than one, which was because someone ran a stop sign and hit me at 60mph).

Fair enough. Personally I try to avoid driving unless it's 100% necessary. I love piloting multi-ton deathtraps in games, but IRL I get too self conscious about where people are on the road and usually get stuck inside said packs.

Also on-topic, I'm very vocal about PGI doing what I think is a mistake, but I'm still a hypocrite whale that would straight up by the Masakari pack if my finances were better. Fanboyism at its best (worst?).

I don't go the speed limit to prove a point. I go the speed limit because that is the law, and because I respect the law. More often than not, it is the speeding people who get into the most accidents, and usually are the ones in the ICU. Speeding is the top cause of accidents. Slow driving is dangerous, but speeding moreso.

The limit here is 65. I generally drive in the fast/commute lane at 75-80 like everyone else does. If I get pulled over for it while going at the speed of traffic then I'll accept it as being singled out since I'm technically in the wrong. But going 10-15 MPH faster in a flowing line of traffic (ie the speed of that lane) isn't the same as those going beyond the speed of traffic, weaving in and out and endangering everyone.

Those are the ones that cops are usually looking out for.

Going with traffic and speeding really are two different things. My day job I operate a train anyone who works railroad knows that you absolutely can't speed. I have had zero derailments or accidents while I was an operator and even saved a guys life who blew through our crossing when I just started movement.

It's quite accurate though is it not? Trolls going back in forth and starting fights and then going to petty insults. I don't even know why he has so much angst against me but whatever lol. :P I have another fan!

I guess you just have to act entitled and the haters will come in droves.

An example of "going with traffic" offenders on the forums would be guys like Imperius that escalate the situation with other posters until "speeding" the thread out of control. There are multiple offenders and it is possible to be singled out and feel like you're being punished while others are getting away with it.

Then you have the "going beyond the speed of traffic" posters like a certain 420 member who broke down and started posting racial slurs. Those are the ones that I feel should be the only ones receiving bans and time outs. But the PGI mods feel both groups are subject to punishment, and their set of laws, the [REDACTED], justifies their actions.

The only difference between real life and here is that in reality you were born or emigrated into your country's system of laws. Here you signed an agreement. You can work to change law in a country through various methods. Here it's a private company and it's much more difficult to do.

So complaining about something that's basically set in stone, when you know clearly what the rules are, is pointless.

And lol the fast lane where I live is at most 5 mph over the speed limit.

Coming from the guy who is insulting a cop for doing his job. And I know a lot more than you think. Have you been shot at? Have you lived on the streets? Have you been in the Intensive Care Unit for a week? Have you ever had to sit by your best friend and tell her good bye because she got shot wouldn't make it? Have you ever been hit by a car, and wake up to find you couldn't remember your name?

And if we are going to talk about other world matters: have you met your senators? Have you asked the Presidential candidates questions about their politics?

I have done all of those things. I know a lot more about the world than you think.

The fact you think all cops are automatically good shows already how little you know. Do you honestly think the smartest way to pull over a law breaking citizen who is recklessly speeding is to get in front of their car? I was on a street that speed limit was 35 or 40 I was going to a mall with the traffic.

Woah there, hold on. I thought you were on the interstate earlier. I take it back, you were in the fault there, and deserved a ticket IMO.

What lol? I guess you didn't detect the sarcasm there. The speed limit on the road I was on was 35-40 that is the average speed in the middle of the city I live in. So I was going 40 or 45 tops like i said I was going with traffic (if I was speeding)

Good for you. I knew a person who died on the Autobahn. Had to identify him by his dental records because the traffic was going really fast, someone hit him, he lost control, hit a wall, and his car shrunk 5 feet.

Sad story. Can happen to anybody but is more likely to american and chinese tourists not used to high-paced traffic, unfortunately (But I gotta say some people plan a trip to Germany for the sole reason to race on the Autobahn and for them I got little pity tbh.)
