thanks for your answers.

The current warhammer, marauder, archer and rifleman packs are essentially mastery bundles. If you spend 20 dollars you get 3 mechs and a month of banked premium time and the mechbays for those mechs and 3 cockpit items and titles/badges If you spend 35 dollars you get 4 mechs, one of which being a hero giving a cbill bonus.

If you buy a mastery pack for heavy mechs its between $26 and $33 and you'll get 3 mechs, one giving a cbill bonus, one giving an xp bonus, and one normal, and the month of active on purchase premium time, 3 mechbays, and one cockpit item.

I'd say the current classic packs are a deal comparable and possibly better than the mastery packs. One extra mech for 2 dollars more than the most expensive mastery pack, or if you don't need the cbills or don't really want the hero variant you can choose to just pay 20 dollars and leave it.

I haven't heard of any talk about a mastery pack for these mechs, possibly because of the current pack options.
