where are they? The game said I received them but are not in the supply cashe area

Since this thread on supply caches already exists i will add comments here instead of a new one.

Based on what my friends and i have seen in our supply caches, this is not going to be some kind of cash cow for PGI, if that is what they are hoping for...

1) chances of acquisition is to low give users incentives to buy keys w/ mc.
2) the actual contents and inherent rng dictate it is a better bet to just sell it than get stuck with a jump jet.

Just my 2 cents but if you want people to plunk down for keys, you will have to offer more supply caches per game, perhaps consolation prizes for "best in lance" or "best on team" for both winners and losers on team.

Once there are more of them, you'll need to either increase the good swag or reduce the stuff that people don't want. People won't gamble if they feel the odds are against them...

I second that. Out of 6 or something SC I got 0 viable drops. Clan ECM is crap.

I dunno depends on your luck i think. I think I've been pretty lucky with them. SMN-D w/ mechbay, and 3xkeys. I think (wasnt counting) But I've opened up around 5 or 6 so far. (Not too bad for 30cents)

Maybe I'm just more willing to take chances then most ppl, which prolly reflects in my playing too. Most of the time I take chances in a match and it bites me back, but every now and then....

IMHO there should be few "tiers" of cashes, and both teams should earn it. For example:
1)Most damage done
2)Most solo kills
3)Highest match score
4)Most KMDD
Those cashes should be different, but not more then 1 per player.

P.S. that's not P2W right now, so I'm fine with this overall.

Yeah sure, let's make the game even more about damage done, not like that is the single most important stat in the game already. Good plan.

People who gamble, or play the lottery, or even just buy scratch tickets....will love these things... or D&D players... its the same as looting the bodies of the dead NPCs... you might get something good...you might get something cursed.

It is nice to see SOMEONE who posts on the forums got the summoner. I missed a chance at a rifleman.

Yeah the random is TOO random right now. Players who contributed nothing, or next to nothing, getting loot bags is NOT fair. Especially not when they told us about the things a couple months ago, they claimed there would be a set criteria to receive them...instead...totally random.

10 caches - 0 feasible loot. clan ER lasers, 250 000 c-bills, clan LRM. Next stashes go straight to the selling bin

I got a Summoner-D from the free event cache that I sold, and a warhorn from another. The rest have been "high tier" equipment (c-LRM 20, C-AC20, etc) that sell well from the inventory. Considering it's what, 800 mc for 1.1 million c-bills, I don't feel cheated getting 250-500k off of 25.

Of course it isn't. No game that uses loot bags every has equal odds on the contents. Same with scratch ticket. They print a handful of jackpot tickets for every million ones that just give you back the price of the ticket.

I'm curious as to what the actual ratio is for getting certain items in the supply cache. I have a strange feeling the odds aren't actually 1/8th of a chance. Maybe for the lowest tier item in the cache, but not for anything considered higher. I want some verification on the actual ratio. I can only assume at this point that a mech in a supply cache is 1/1024th of a chance to receive it if it retains that 8 is the lowest common denominator. I'd also like to what which items are considered the lowest and the highest by some sort of color code. For instance blue can be the lowest where second lowest could be bronze, then, silver, gold, etc. yo give a proper representation of each item in the supply cache.

I wont play their silly game... You win/buy a key to get the chance to win one of like 6 or 8 things of which most suck. LOOK I WON THE STUPID BOUNCY THING FOR IN MY COCKPIT THAT HAS THE COMBAT EFFECTIVENESS OF ZERO...why did I pay money for this?
