Why is the Zeus 9S2 listed at a discounted price for the event, but not available for purchase within the game?

So what does that mean we'll finally see the MASC Cataphract sometime soon?

I thought the July patch was to enable ALL of the loyalty mech variants to be sold (well, w/o the Loyalty bonus and camo).

That's a bad thing if that is the case.
