After having having dealt with it for the last few days, I have to ask, is there anything more annoying and frustrating than a bad case of lag when your trying to play a game? Go ahead. Name one. Just one.

Hasn't been a problem since the days of Netmech, but there is nothing more annoying in this world than a little sister screaming that she NEEDS the internet RIGHT NOW for "homework. (ie, chatting on ICQ)

You mean her own phone line.
Dial-up for some sweet 33.6k action.

Well, kinda.
About a year ago when I was about to start playing something and 3D kicked in there was a loud pop followed by smoke from the computer when graphics card gave up.
Lag of course happens more often than these things.

I changed my mind. Waiting for a beta invite is more frustrating than lag. But at least it won't go on forever.

The only thing more painful than lag, is having three Pentium III processors die out on you over the course of a day because you can't quit overclocking them.

No, because the only talking I do the them is "GTF outta my way" and do it myself....
Although, I did have to try and tell my mom how to fix the router while I was 1,000 miles away :/

The only thing more annoying is actually NOT being able to play the game.
