I think the subject says it all.

I've not always appreciated where this game has gone, but I've been enjoying it for more than three years at this point. Have the top tier rewards for the first two years.

This year I won't, and that makes me a little sad, but...

My card company refuses to process transactions with Xsolla. Well, I probably could, but I'd have to go seriously out of my way to make it happen.

I don't have paypal. If it was something I thought I'd use I might, but it isn't, and I'm not going to get a service just to process transactions for one game.

I had to go out of my way to use Karma Koin. It wasn't too far, but it was far enough that I only made the trip when there was something I really wanted. When that something came up, I generally had a good experience.

The other "options"? Now I either have to seriously inconvenience myself physically, or order third-party--call them 'payment devices' because 'gift cards' sounds wrong when I'm buying them for myself--online well in advance and... Not happening, sorry.

I've always appreciated PGI's customer and Tech Support. Always got back to me right away, and were helpful and...well, just all around pretty much great experience there. They done their best. But they are out of 'best' or even 'good enough' options for me.

My point, is that if you want to take people's money, you shouldn't make them have to jump through hoops to give it to you.
