The recent drama over the Top Tier Awards for the 2016 Customer Appreciation has highlighted the fact that most customers pass on the Collector Mech Packs in favor of the Basic Pack and the Reinforcement and Hero add ons.
The Collectors Mech Pack is viewed by most customers as a bad deal. You receive one duplicate variant which carries a C-Bill bonus, 1 MechBay, 30 days of Premium time and some swag. This is simply not an attractive enough package to get customers to spend an additional $20.
I propose that all three of the variants in the Collectors Mech Pack include the C-Bills bonus. This will make the Top Tier pack much more attractive to customers and they are more likely to spend the extra money because all the Mechs in the pack would provide more benefits over the Mechs in the Basic Pack.. The fourth (duplicate) Mech could be dropped completely.
Do this and I, as well as many others, would opt to buy the Top Tier Pack thus increasing revenue for PGI.
