-Hint-

Don't waste your money on MC, and you never run into this problem.

If people didn't waste their money on MC you wouldn't have a game to play or a forum to put snide remarks ;)

Store: Purchasing a 'Mech will now use C-Bills as the default currency in the Purchase Confirmation window, when applicable.

What I find surprising is that anyone would actually just have an assault's worth of MC just laying around unused. I never buy that much MC unless I'm preparing to buy something very specific.

Well, the top teams in NA, EU, and AP won 70,000 MC (each) for last season of MRBC, courtesy of PGI.

I see that OP has just encountered this very old and not unique to PGI practice.

When he's ready, we'll show him how he can dismiss the WinRar trial pop-up, so he can feel like a hacker pirate god and never pay for it.

Yes we should all look out for others

BUT damn we all have the ability to not be low hanging fruit unless it is based on race, religion, disability and sometimes sexual preference. I kinda see the logic in the fact that somebody who can not readily read the button and warnings in front of them may not be the best long term customer so get them while you can. The really sad thing is the fact that the folks who do not make such obvious greedy blunders are probably profiting more from you by pretending to have your needs protected.

The goal of every business is to make money period. They can adjust how you perceive this, but if they plan to stay in business their friendliness is a commodity that is being tracked by the return it generates. Trust me this is from me having to track my time with clients telling them factual helpful information versus my paycheck.

Seriously, guys - this isn't funny anymore.

Decided to buy an Assault mech on sale. Nearly made the mistake of buying it with MC instead of cbills because the game STILL defaults to MC. Fortunately, I noticed this before making that mistake.

I'm reasonably sure either I or somebody has brought this point up before over the years, and it is STILL not fixed.

NEVER put your customers in a position where the default choice could be considered cheating them in some way. This is a simple code change that should have been done years ago, IMHO.

ive made that mistake twice all u hav to do is email them and they'll switch the mc for c-bills

HEY LOOK, ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE! Patch notes..

In addition to the introduction of this Cart, purchasing a 'Mech will now use C-Bills as the default currency in the Purchase Confirmation window, when applicable.
