If you were to open caches, and only open ones that have a decent worst item, I wonder what the average C-bill reward would be.

A lot of them have nothing worse than 100k - if you were picky you might be able to average 250k, meaning 24 keys, or 600MC

heh,, this is exactly what got me thinking about it.. I dunno how the averages, but i looked at what a bunch of people posted for opening about 10 crates or so, and what I've gotten, and it seams like 10-12 crates if you sold everything you would typically come close to 3M. It seams like decently priced weapon systems or omni pods are semi common, I also think the 250K ones are also semi common.

So i was thinking skip the middle man and the crates, and go right to the source :) 300, 300 and 600 say for the typical mech would be the 7 dollar package,

14 bucks would kit out the ones with a bunch of slots, or some place in between for other mechs depending on which ones you bought.

I'm also basing this off of what a light mech costs, or a XL engine.. I dunno seams kinda reasonable.

To the other guy, No i was just talking about modules, not something special for MC,,

and yea, more mech modules would not be a bad thing either, especially if they get more into the Role-warfar

I wouldn't, but I can see the attraction, any new start that has above average ability, is going to end up T3 in under 20 games, and then they will end up fighting people thast have played for months and have endless supply of C-bills.

this would be an option to level things out a bit

Yes but the cost would be very much the deciding factor.

Title says it all,, curious if you would pay that for a weapon module, Or if you think that would be a good deal in the grand scheme of things

It would just be the next step to whole p2w ...

How would it be that? To me it is no different than now, where anyone can just go buy a package, like say timber ala-cart, get premium, power grind, to unlock your skills, then pay to convert MC, unlock modules, and use all saved C-bills to buy them..

It just would be a nice way to let people spend a few bucks, that perhaps they didn't buy packages to start with, and grinded 200m c--bills, but used it all to buy mechs.. (sorta like my account) Now i have tons of mechs, with out modules, so now i gotta spend years grinding more money to kit them out.

Now, if i could just Buy mech packages after the fact, and sell mechs i bought with C-bills for the price i paid.. (only for mechs you rebuy with real cash, Not c-bill mechs, to just get back C-bills) I wouldn't have this issue. Posted Image It would be nice if i could just spend 100 bucks, like i would buying say a resistance 12 mech package,, and instead just get enough modules to kit most of the mechs,. See what i mean?

My point is, Once you have a lot of mechs, really the only thing left are either New mechs, but if none come out you don't want, then basically buying colors, and camo is the only thing to make you open your wallet.. My guess is people would buy modules, and Engines, which outside of mech costs are the big items you need to spend money on, But no way to get um through MC, outside of C-bill boosters, which are no where near the value of even a mech.. (me thinks PGI should rethink the price structure on them as well,

I just think anything you can buy with C-bills should be avialble with MC, for those that choose.. Just for the main reason like i stated above
